Description

Our Townhome is located only a short 10 minute walk along a mountain stream to all the restaurants and attractions in Downtown Gatlinburg. There is also a trolley stop located in front of the Complex that gives you easy access to all of the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

Our unit is located on the Corner and the seasonal pool is located right across from the Condo. The Condo has your own covered parking area underneath the condo so you can park and walk to all the attractions in Downtown Gatlinburg. We also have our own dedicated WIFI so that you can browse the web or stream your own netflix without any interruptions.

The Townhomes has three levels with a bedroom and bath on each level. There is also a fully stocked Kitchen, Laundry area with washer and dryer and a dining area that sits up to 6 guests.

The living room/dining area features a comfortable leather couch and two leather Chairs facing a flat screen Television, there is also a seasonal Gas log fire place that is perfect to stretch out in front of on cold winter nights.

The kitchen is fully stocked with Glasses/coffee cups, silverware, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is a microwave, refridgerator and oven/stove for your use. Our dining area seats up to 6 guests.

The ground floor bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen Television and a full bathroom. We also have a washer/dryer on the ground floor.

The second floor living area has a bedroom with a king size bed and private full bathroom there is also have a flat screen Television in this bedroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen are also located on this floor.

The loft area has a queen size bedroom and a full bathroom.

Our townhome has both a screened-in porch and an open balcony.

Our townhome offers a ton of amenities featuring free dedicated WiFi, a covered carport, and a private washer and dryer. The best amenity is the location to all the restaurants and attractions in downtown Gatlinburg. In addition to being close to the attractions of downtown, the townhouse is just a mile from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The townhome is conveniently located to Ober Gatlinburg sky tram and Anakeesta. Pigeon Forge including Dollywood is only about 30 minutes away.
