Description

This modern apartment has wooden decorative details, which will make you feel comfortable and warm, as if you were at home. The apartment has three double bedrooms, two of them big ones with hanger and chest drawers, and the third one with two singel beds and cupboard. There are two full bathrooms, one ensuite, a sunny and large dining-living room, with acces to small terrace where you will be able to enjoy of the mediterranean warm weather. The kitchen is an open space, connected to the dining-living room, fully equipped for your stay.

The apartment is located in a residencial area, where you can find full of restaurants, supermarkets and shops to ger everything you may need during your stay. Metro Girona (L4 - Yellow Line) is just 4 minutes away from the apartment, so that you may be able to move easily around the city.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
