Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to over 3,000 acres of amazing Winter Park terrain from this 2BR/3BA getaway. Located at the Iron Horse Condominiums, this spacious condo spans 1,471 square feet of comfortable living space. In summer months, discover hiking, biking, disc golf, and rafting nearby. A gas fireplace and a balcony welcome you home after a day of adventure.

On-site amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool located less than 150 feet from your door. When dining out, find the restaurant-rich Winter Park Resort village just down the road.

* Please note the pool is closed until July 4, 2021 for repairs. *

LIVING AREAS

Natural light fills the open-concept living room, furnished with plenty of comfy seating and a Murphy bed. Relax by the gas fireplace after a day of fun-filled alpine adventures. The 50” TV comes with cable, a DVD player, and a selection of films for your enjoyment.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including a wine fridge.

Three can keep the chef company at the kitchen bar. When it's time to eat, gather around the handsome eight-person dining table.

BED & BATH

Located on the second floor of the building, this single-story condo accommodates up to eight guests between the two bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and en-suite bathrooms.

The elegant master suite is furnished with a king-size bed and a comfy love seat. The en-suite master bathroom has a unique setup with a double vanity and jetted tub separate from the walk-in shower and water closet.

The second bedroom has two full-size beds plus a bar area with a mini-fridge. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a spacious vanity.

A guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Your covered private balcony has seating and sweeping views of the evergreens.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Other perks include an in-unit washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. A ski locker is located outside the front door.

Assigned garage parking is available for one car. On non-peak ski days, one additional vehicle can park in the outdoor lot on a first-come, first-serve basis (space is not guaranteed).

Please note this second-floor condo is only accessible via one flight of exterior stairs.
