Every now and then as you go thru life, occasionally you hit the jackpot. This property has 4 bedrooms (one is on the first floor and has a full bed and a twin also). We just built a nice private swimming pool! Casa Vista Verde El Poblado Boqueron is the jewel of the crown. Our recently remodeled 4 Bd/3B (1 BR is on the first floor)! We have 2 kitchens! The house sits at walking distance from El Poblado. Has two balconies one in front of house and another in the rear. We have a Billiard Pool table & a Ping Pong table as well!

Please read in detail all the information below so you can make a determination if Casa Vista Verde

will be the right fit for your vacation plans:

Casa Vista Verde has 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. We also have a 4th bedroom on the ground level which is mostly made available or used for guests with disabilities. Please be advised that the 3rd bathroom on the ground level is NOT wheelchair accessible.

Our handicapped bedroom has a double bed (full size) and a single bed (twin size) on top, has AC and a nice TV and is only made available to regular guests when the booking reservation is made for 7 or more people.

In some rare occasions and upon our approval, we allow more than 8 paying guests when they bring their own sleeping cots or air mattresses and pillows with linen. We have a $100.00 pet fee for each furry guest/s. Please let us know if “Fido” is tagging along to update your quote. We are very strict on the number of guests, humans or furry!

After the first 4 guests, any extra guest/s must pay an additional fee of $15.00 each per reservation night. All payments must be made thru the booking site prior to the check-in. Extra guest/s payments are made base on the total nights of you booking, even if person is staying one or two nights only.

In our casa, you are in the center of all the action Boquerón has to offer: El Poblado is a 4 minutes drive, El Balneario (Public Beach) as well. Playa Buyé is like 10 minutes away ( be there early)..Playa El Combate is a must with the famous restaurant Annies Place. Another most is a visit to El Faro de Cabo Rojo, (the light house) , La Parguera (visit La Playita Rosada), Joyuda area famous for the sea food eateries, Mayaguez and past La Parguera, you may visit Gilligan's Island in Guánica....just to name a few places...Your adventure begins here!

The mini market by the entrance of Villa Taina makes awesome sandwiches & breakfast. El Poblado has many other eateries like Rest. Los Remos. In front of the Club Naútico is El Rincón del Olvido with nice sea food fritters (pastelillos).

You can safely park your jet ski or boat inside property in the back yard with a secured gate.

Our property manager's name is Provi, she does check in & out and is your main contact during your stay!
