Imagine breathtaking views of the sunrise every morning from your lanai while sipping on a fresh cup of coffee and watching many different kinds of birds flying right by.

The Arnold Palmer-designed, 18-hole championship golf course creates a great game for everyone—no matter their skill level. Golfers can utilize the driving range, pro shop, and golf professionals, on-hand to help you lower your handicap. Here, residents enjoy a luxury lifestyle with a membership to the 36-hole course, coupled with resort-style amenities that includes a 16,000 square feet state-of-the-art fitness center, 8 lighted clay tennis courts, beach entry lagoon pool, casual poolside dining, full-service spa, and so much more!

Covered parking space for 1 vehicle and plenty of guest parking.

Each Bedroom comes with 2 sets of linens and extra pillows. Set of 8 Vera Wang extra plush bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths.

Master bedroom features a King Bed with two nightstands and 50" Samsung Smart TV. Walk-in closet with a chest of drawers for storage. On suite bathroom with oversized walk in shower.

Guest bedroom has 2 Twin XL beds, nightstand, and a chest of drawers for storage.

The Lanai overlooking the golf course and lake with breathtaking views features a loveseat, table and 2 full size chairs with outdoor throw pillows.

We added remote control candles to the Lanai, Kitchen and both bedrooms for ambience lighting.

Unlimited Golf with $225 resort fee for guest staying 30 days or more. If you are a guess t staying less than 30 days you cannot get the membership and will have to pay for play.
