“Really Nice place!”

I really love this place! It’s clean, new, beautiful, spacious. Close from Miami airport, south beach, malls. You have everything that you need pool, gym and when you need something the owner answer quickly. The only thing that was a little bit annoying is the fact that the pool close around 8 o’clock. When you are a tourist, you visit the city all day long then come back by the end of the day you want to go relax by the pool but it’s already close. However I will definitely come back to this place when I visit Miami again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
