Recently restored and decorated this quaint, classic vacation home offers comfortable living by the beach for a memorable family-friends getaway. Rest up while enjoying ONE-level living coupled with a ONE-minute easy walk to an uncrowded, MAGNIFICENT beach.

First floor features a welcoming screened in porch with dining table and rocking chairs; interior open living-dining area; a well stocked kitchen; three bedrooms (third bedroom with separate hallway) and two bathrooms.

The brand new private pool space is where you will head for additional relaxation -- featuring a salt water pool and cabana with al fresco dining area, KitchenAid grill and outdoor seating for enjoying the company of friends and family poolside.

Hilton Head Island's most attractive (and private) beaches are just steps away. We offer beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart and towels -- all you need for a fun time by the ocean.

You can also ride your bike or stroll down the trail to Coligny Plaza with its restaurants, shops, ice-cream parlor, French bakery and Piggly Wiggly supermarket.

You will find bike rental company suggestions and information on island activities for all ages inside the house. There is so much to do and see!

How do damage deposits work?
