Pride of ownership shows in this lovingly cared for two bedroom , 1.5 bath ranch with central A/C , Wi-Fi , gleaming hardwood floors, newly renovated bathrooms, and a spacious master bedroom with king size bed and private bath. Second bedroom has two twin size beds adjacent to a full bath with glassed in walk-in shower. The kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances with dining area that leads out to a nice size sundeck with gas BBQ grill and NEWLY installed OUTDOOR SHOWER! ALL this on a huge corner lot situated on a quiet dead end street. RATE:$1500 per week (7 night minimum in prime summer) plus a $100 cleaning fee, $100 handling fee,CHOICE of either a $55 damage insurance OR a $500 (refundable) security deposit.
