The cottage offers 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. The 3rd bedroom has a twin sleeper sofa with a great lounge feel for reading or resting. It has a full kitchen, dining nook, wifi, a smart/flat screen TV, central AC/heat and an outdoor sitting area in the backyard (seasonal).
It's great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, smaller groups and families (with kids).
Ideal location to explore Denver, Boulder the foothills and mountains to enjoy everything Colorado has to offer. Great location to catch an Uber for a Red Rocks show!
Olde Town Arvada was one of the first establishments in the NW Denver area with historic charm and a train depot. You can enjoy restaurants, breweries, shops, yoga, parks, a great public library and (coming soon!) light rail access directly to downtown Denver. Great proximity to I-70 if you want to head west into the mountains or a show at Red Rocks as well. An easy day trip to ski some of Colorado's best mountains.
The house is located a little more than a block away from the train tracks. Olde Town Arvada is a "quiet zone" so you shouldn't hear any loud train horns. The trains slow down as they pass through town, many of the areas have high fences for safety and there are large gates, lights and gate guards as well.
Cancellation Policy: A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
