Ideal for any vacation getaway - whether it's a Family Reunion, a Golf Retreat or Disney Vacation - you'll find this house will more than meet your needs. Featuring 2 Master Sutes's upstairs and a screened in Private Pool and Spa, Games Room, Kids Rooms and more. Along with the incredible location, you will have access to the fabulous amenities available. Windsor Hills Resort amenities features a 10,000 square foot Clubhouse, lounge and internet room, resort style swimming pool, spacious sun-decking and poolside beach area, waterslide, kids splash fountains, toddler pool, jacuzzi spa, fitness room, basketball, lighted tennis and sand volleyball courts, games room with pool tables, ping-pong and video games; movie theatre, sundry gift shop and convenience store, children's playground with a castle surrounded by slides, swings and sandpits; putting green, barbecue area and picnic area with Gazebo. Community pool is open daily from 8am - 10pm. The slide is open from 10am - 8pm.

You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.

Pool Area

Relax by the pool, plan a family Bar-B-Que, or watch the sunset while sipping a cool drink by the poolside. The pool and spa can be heated upon request and for an additional charge. Unfortunately, we do NOT have a way of regulating heat for just the spa. The heating feature will heat both the pool and the spa, for this reason the spa will only be heated if the “Pool heating Fee” is added to your reservation. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arrival and must be booked for the entitre stay. If the pool heating option is chosen, the pool will be heated each day from a default time frame of 8 am to 8 pm. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. The pool will likely be a bit chillier in the morning than late in the afternoon. Cold nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Easy Choice will be held liable for unfavourable pool temperatures. Pool heaters are not designed to make water warm to the touch, their function is not necessarily due to a malfunctioning pool heater. At best the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp. 3 cars are allowed to park at location. .
