This beautiful 1st row waterfront home has unobstructed beach views from 2 bedrooms, the family room as well as the kitchen.

Located in the Sea Isle community in Galveston, TX, this 4 bedroom and 2 bath treasure was featured on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt and is kid and family friendly!

This beautifully remodeled home includes 4 nicely decorated bedrooms each with TV / Roku / cable, 2 full baths and a full outdoor bathroom with shower to rinse off the sand after beach visits. It can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Electronic lock code allows easy access!

FAMILY ROOM:

With plenty of natural light, the family room is a great place to gather. Stocked with board games and outfitted with cable and WiFi, this home can be your home away from home.

The family room has plenty of seating including a sleeper sofa, a love seat, a rocking chair and a large dining table.

DINING:

The spacious dining table has 6 chairs, and the bar has 5 bar stools

KITCHEN:

The kitchen includes full sized appliances and granite counter tops.

No detail was overlooked! It is fully stocked with cooking utensil and kitchen appliances including a Keurig and blender.

SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS:

Master bedroom: King size bed that sleeps 2.

Bedroom 1: Queen size bed that sleeps 2.

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed that sleeps 2.

Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds with (4) twin size beds that sleep 4.

Queen sofa sleeper pulls out and sleeps 2.

BATHROOMS:

Bathroom 1: Full bath includes a stand-up shower and is located off the living room.

Bathroom 2: Full bath includes a stand-up shower/tub and is a jack and jill bath between the master and bedroom 1.

PARKING:

There are two spaces for covered parking.

OUTDOORS;

The private outdoor deck overlooks the vast ocean and is huge. We like to believe that it's the best view of the island! This part of the beach is refreshingly peaceful and calm for a relaxing change of pace from the party in town. But the festivities are just a short drive away.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:

• Community pool (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day for an additional fee)

• Restaurants and a grocery store all within a few minutes' drive.

POLICIES/RULES:

• NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed at this property to include the deck area.

• This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME (up to 50 pounds): A non-refundable Pet fee of $92 per pet will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your pet(s). Pet(s) must be crated any time guest is not present.

• Maximum Occupancy: 12

• Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

• Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.

• Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

• No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

• No uninvited guests without permission

• Do not take bath towels to the beach.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply
