We believe you will find this newly renovated 3 Bedroom home perfect for your holiday! The vacation rental is located on the first floor of the home. It is a luxury beach home, has central heat and air, fully furnished and has complimentary wifi for sharing your vacation with all of your friends.

This home is perfect for an upscale getaway whether you are celebrating a special occasion, on your honeymoon, enjoying a girls' weekend, yoga retreat, or looking to escape the northern cold - this home is the perfect vacation destination.

When not at the beach - which is only 200 steps (depending on the size of your flipflop) or at the marina - an 8 minute walk - enjoy one of the many quaint outdoor areas at Cindy’s By the C.

-Make your way out back to the beautiful courtyard and enjoy a BBQ and cocktails.

-Skipper’s Deck - bring your evening bevvies on the top deck and watch the sunset over beautiful Vilano Beach.

If you stay on Vilano Beach - you can walk to most of the sites If you venture along A1A or in to the Ancient City to see the sites, try a few of the incredible Breweries, the winery or the distillery you can either drive or take Uber/Lyft.

Sorry no parties ...we love our neighbors so we ask that you do too. If you would like hang after sunset check out Beaches Restaurant or grab an Uber and go to the one of the many hot spots in downtown St Augustine...it’s a great place to meet friends/family and party

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cindy (the owner) a message.

If Cindy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
