Description
The villa offers ideal accommodation for 2 families/groups of people who want to holiday together, as it has two separate fully equipped living areas, a 3 bedded area upstairs and a 2 bedded area downstairs, both areas have a fully equipped kitchen,(however there is not a dishwasher in first floor area, only in ground floor area), a full bathroom, an en suite shower room and a lounge area with satellite tv. Both lounges have a double sofa bed. An internal marble staircase link the 2 areas with each area accessible by own lockable door.
This 5 bedroom villa with large private pool. Is set in own extensive gated grounds, surrounded by olive and fruit groves. Within walking distance of nearest taverna and shops and 10 minute drive of beaches such as, Spartia, Avithos, St. Thomas and Pessada.
This spacious luxury villa sits in the heart of the wonderful countryside of the Livathos area of Kefalonia. Only 15 minutes away from the airport and the island Capitol, Argostoli, a vibrant and bustling town with its beautiful harbor, bars, tavernas and shops. Located in a private setting only a few kilometres from the fabulous sandy beaches of Spartia, Trapezaki (very safe for swimming) Lourdas, St Thomas, and many many more. This beautiful villa enjoys a delightful setting with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside and of Mount Aeonos, famous for its black pines, wild horses and eagles.

As we aim to cater for large family groups we have chosen to equip Villa Diana with solid functional furnishings which are child friendly, I know from experience there is nothing worse than constantly worrying the little darlings will break something fragile. I understand your comments re bowls, chopping boards and bins and will address this issue immediately, thanks for bringing it to my attention. I always advise guests that I consider a car essential . You are quite right in that the nearest village of Keramies does have a small shop and a good Taverna, which is frequented by both people visiting Kefalonia and those who live on the Island (always a good sign!) However the village of Spartia whilst being a little further away, is also within walking distance, it has ia larger grocery shop, an Internet Cafe ( although Wi Fi at Villa Diana is excellent) a lovely little taverna and a gyro takeaway. Thank you again for your helpful comments and I hope we see you again in the future. X

“Fantastic villa, beautiful setting, perfect for family get together”
Villa Diana and its pool was fantastic, the area is peaceful although you're a short drive away from lots of amenities, local beaches and tavernas. The facilities in the villa were excellent we had everything we needed and the welcome pack was fantastic. Warm welcome from Lynne on arrival, very comfy beds. Great personal recommendations for areas to visit including local beaches. Very unspoilt, beautiful scenery, local taverna Elionas just a 15 min walk away through a lovely village, lovely traditional greek food and good prices, staff who work there are lovely too. 2 weeks wasn't long enough so much to see and villa was like a home away from home!
