Description

A duplex on the top floor of a luxury building, at the foot of a runway of the Paradiski area (La Plagne / Les Arcs).

The view is breathtaking from the living room and the balcony: opposite, at the centre of the mountain: the Mont Blanc; at the foot, the Tarentaise Valley and the town of Bourg; on the left, the villages of Bellentre, Valezan, and the southern slopes. to right, Peisey-Nancroix and stations of les Arcs. and the foot of the building, the ski slopes and hiking trails.

The track, which starts from the Vanoise Express (link Les Arcs) and joined Montchavin, passes at the foot of the building. Leaving the ski lockers, it bypasses the building... and on shoes!

The summer, the situation of the village in the middle of conifers to start walks right out of the building. But one can also climb the eggs with his mountain bike to hit the slopes on appropriate tracks.

Charm of the savoyard furniture, view dominant 180 ° on the Tarentaise Valley and the mountains surrounding Mont Blanc, large volume of stay amount up to the roof, warmth of the wood showing, all contributes to forget that RoqueAlpes is an apartment.

The berth is modular: it is possible to make up to 3 double beds in rooms separated, but also to bedroom 1 couple and 3 children in the rooms, while leaving free for an extended evening stay.

The equipment is complete, we sought to treat the decoration. Our interest - but perhaps more importantly: our pleasure - is you spend a great holiday to suit you, to talk around you, or one day do us honor to come back!

“Great half term ski break”

Stayed here in Feb half term and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is well located with a 10/15 min walk into the village of Les Coches, we were lucky in that there was enough snow to ski in & out and down to the Montchavin lift 4/500 meters below the apartment each morning. It has a good size kitchen and lounge area, balcony and a great view across the valley. You can park easily right on front or in the free car park 100m or so from the front door. The upstairs bedroom is small but the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is also small but adequate. The bunk beds were fine for 2 teenage boys too. It might be a squeeze if there’s more than 4 of you..... Les Coches is well located near the Vanoisse Express for Les Arcs and lifts to get you to La Plagne & area, it’s a quiet village with a few bars & restaurants and certainly geared towards families, you wouldn’t go here for a vibrant apres ski night. There is a well stocked Spar supermarket, bakers & butchers too. The only possible down side is to check which schools are off in Europe at the time of year you are going, we drove from the UK overnight & hit the main traffic in the valley on the Saturday afternoon, the local schools were off, also by the look of it half of Belgium too, as a result the valley is quite a bottle knock and the last 20/30 miles were terrible although we managed to detour round the main hold up, thank heavens for sat nav! I did hear that people took over 5 hours to get there from Lyon which is usually 2 or so. We left early to avoid any problems coming home. That is of course nothing to do with the apartment or it’s facilities but just to bear in mind.

“l' appartement est tres sympa, la vue sur Mont-Blanc est magnifique”

l' appartement est tres sympa, tres bien amenage. Les parents sont tranquilles la haut, les enfant en bas, tres comfortable. La vue est tres pitoresque, surtout a ne pas rater le Mont-Blac qui devient rose avec le coucher de Soleil a 19 50 fin mars! :-)
