This is a unique property consisting of two delightful units which are attached but private from each other. Each has a garage and private patio.
Plaza Rojas is the downstairs unit with approximately 1200 sq. ft. of living space. Enter into the kitchen which is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and beautiful, traditional Mexican tile. Each bedroom is ensuite and separate from one another; one has a king bed and walk in shower and the second bedroom has a queen with full bath. There are hardwood floors, classic Mexican tile, kiva fireplace place and vigas in the small sitting area with desk. The property has ceiling fans throughout as well as central air conditioning.
Plaza Treehouse is the bright and lovely upstairs apartment. This place as 834 sq. ft. of living including an open living, dining and kitchen as well as a queen bedroom with full bath and separate laundry. From the living area, you have a peek-a-boo view of the mountains. The feel is contemporary with a hint of tradition with the beautiful Mexican tile. The small kitchen has just about everything you need for a light breakfast or hearty pot of chili.
Owner may consider a small, well-behaved pet. There is no landline at this property.
