Elegant and comfortable apartment in the historic centre of Florence in the Santa Croce quarter managed directly by the owners!
Walking distance to all major sights, Santa Croce Church, Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Statue of David, Ponte Vecchio etc. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful which is very rare for the centre of Florence. It is near the open-air food market of Sant'Ambrogio and the Piazza dei Ciompi antiques area in Santa Croce.
The apartment has a really spacious feel - 70 sq metres on the first floor (with elevator) of a palace of XVI century . It's perfect for 2/4 persons. It has been recently restored with care and well equipped with all the needs for a comfortable living (free internet wifi , heating, air conditioning, iron, hair-drier, armored door and alarm system), but maintaining the characteristics of the typical Florentine house (wooden beamed ceiling and Florentine “cotto” (terra-cotta) floors)
The apartment is composed by 1 bedroom with king-size bed (160x200), a bathroom with a large amazing shower, a big living room with a sofa and 1 sofa-bed (TV LCD 42', DVD) dining area & separated kitchen corner well furnished (4 flames, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster). The flat is no-smoking. Not pets allowed. A tourist tax of 5,5 euros per person per day is due at the arrival ( over 12 years old and Max 7 days)
We will meet you for at your arrival to show you the flat a nd give all informations you need ( not a rental agency)
there is a paying car parking nearby the flat (100mt) "garage Santa Croce".
Just 5 minutes by walk from santa croce church, 10 minutes to duomo and all most important monuments. Near the flat there are a lot of restaurants, shops, popular markets and supermarket
you will live a special holiday in our flat!

We are very sorry you didn't find the dish towel, we always provide it. However, in case of needs or additional request, it's sufficient to contact us and we will provide what is required.
