Elegant and comfortable apartment in the historic centre of Florence in the Santa Croce quarter managed directly by the owners!

Walking distance to all major sights, Santa Croce Church, Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Statue of David, Ponte Vecchio etc. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful which is very rare for the centre of Florence. It is near the open-air food market of Sant'Ambrogio and the Piazza dei Ciompi antiques area in Santa Croce.

The apartment has a really spacious feel - 70 sq metres on the first floor (with elevator) of a palace of XVI century . It's perfect for 2/4 persons. It has been recently restored with care and well equipped with all the needs for a comfortable living (free internet wifi , heating, air conditioning, iron, hair-drier), but maintaining the characteristics of the typical Florentine house (wooden beamed ceiling and Florentine “cotto” (terra-cotta) floors)

The apartment is composed by 1 bedroom with king-size bed (160x200), a bathroom with a large amazing shower, a big living room with a sofa and 1 sofa-bed (TV LCD 42', DVD) dining area & separated kitchen corner well furnished (4 flames, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster). The flat is no-smoking. Not pets allowed. A tourist tax of 3euro per person per day is due at the arrival ( over 12 years old and Max 7 days)

there is a paying car parking nearby the flat (300mt) named Beccaria.

Just 5 minutes by walk from santa croce church, 10 minutes to duomo and all most important monuments. Near the flat there are a lot of restaurants, shops, popular markets and supermarket

Getting around

In the area there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Just 200 mt from the apartment there is the Sant'Ambrogio matket, an ancient cover market, where you can buy typical products. In just 5 min by walk you can reach via Gioberti "la via delle 100 botteghe", a famous shopping street of Florence.

We will be at the flat for the check in to show the apartment, give the keys and some useful informations for a nice stay in Florence. During the stay our guests can contact us by mail, phone, sms and whatsapp. At the departure, if necessary, we can arrange a taxi.
