Description

This quality two story property boasts all the creature comforts of home. The large kitchen comes fully equipped including a dishwasher. For those chill out times, a comfortable lounge/dining area awaits you where you can make use of the satellite television, dvd player, stereo (including iPod dock) and Wifi.

This villa has two bedrooms on the ground level, a double and a twin room, along with a bathroom. Elegant winding stairs lead you to the upper level and here you will find three bathrooms, four spacious bedrooms (two doubles and two twins). The master bedroom is impressive with an en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. All bedrooms are complete with comfortable furniture and air-conditioning and the upstairs bedrooms all enjoy access to the grand terrace overlooking the swimming pool and private grounds. Please note that one of the twin bedrooms upstairs does not have AC, however fans are provided for your comfort.

The villa grounds are particularly impressive. You are spoilt for space, with grassed areas, outside dining and coffee tables, poolside chill out space, alongside beautifully maintained gardens. The fantastic swimming pool basks in sun all day long and is surrounded by cushioned sun beds and several tables and chairs where you can enjoy a BBQ day or night.

We're sorry for the trouble you experienced with the Wifi and that this was not fixed until your last day. We did try our very best to fix this earlier for you, and were in touch with the internet company and the local technician every day, however this just wasn't possible. Our apologies for the inconvenience this caused for the group, as we understand having internet access does make holidays and planning your day much easier. We are pleased to confirm the DVD player and the coffee machine were replaced within 24 hours of being informed they were not working. We have taken onboard your comments regarding the instructions for the oven not being adequate, and will look at these for next season. Thank you again for your comments and feedback. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
