Description

A beautiful substantial villa tastefully furnished set over 3 floors with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a pretty secluded garden, swimming pool and terrace. Parking available for 4 cars. Located in the Acoteias Area of Olhos de Agua.

This villa has the capacity to sleep up to 16 adults + 2 infants.

The villa has an electronic Gates and private parking and an automatic main gate. The pretty garden is very private and well fenced off. The large terrace and patio is set out with garden furniture for dinning and sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun by the stunning swimming pool aprox 11mx5m (this can be heated). This luxury villa faces south and gets the sun all day. The nearest beach is the wonderful Praia da Falesia miles and miles of sandy beach with a wonderful backdrop of reddish-orange cliffs and pine trees. It runs almost all the way to Vilamoura. Car rental is by no means necessary unless you want to explore further parts of the Algarve. For short trips a bus or taxi is very convenient and not very expensive.

This villa has 5 really spacious bedrooms with capacity to place extra beds. One of the bedrooms has a Queen sized Bed, one has a Double bed and one has twin beds, each of these have en suite with spacious bathrooms (bathtub & shower cabins) and balconies.There is also a bedroom with double bed and another one with twin beds and it´s own bathroom w/shower across the hall. All bedrooms with air conditioning. Lounge with TV satellite, DVD player, 3 extra large sofas, dining table with seatings. Modern designed kitchen with all appliances including refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

“It was a great holiday, the villa was lovely”

The whole booking experience was excellent and straight forward. Very helpful and easy. If we needed anything or had a problem, Norberto the owner came to see us very quickly. The property was clean, and well looked after by the maid service and gardeners. The villa is within walking distance to pubs and good restaurants. A car is useful if you want to travel around and see different places. I think it would be good if the villa had wi-fi/internet access. The bedroom downstairs with the two beds in is big enough to perhaps add an en-suite which would make it better than having two bedrooms sharing a shower room.
