Description

This stylish 2 bedroom self catering apartment in central Belfast is finished to a very high standard. Boasting all the conveniences of modern stylish living, including free wireless internet, a 42 inch smart tv and free on-site parking.

The modern décor and contemporary furnishings feature beautiful dark wooden flooring and sleek white walls giving the apartment a rich and spacious feel. Delightful design touches such as the modern suspended ceiling and stunning radiators add character, while the photograph portraits of local landmarks bring the cosmopolitan city of Belfast into this unique apartment. LED strip lighting in the living and kitchen area along with black nickel switches and sockets all add to the 4 star experience.

The open plan layout incorporates the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The living area consists of an extremely comfortable reclining sofa and chair to relax in after a full day of sightseeing or shopping. The dining table is extendable and offers a view of a nearby park. The tasteful decoration is carried through to the luxury bedrooms with features such as built in dressing tables with illuminated mirrors, hairdryers, straighteners and wall mounted TVs in each room.

The luxury bathroom has been equipped to the highest standard with a wall hung toilet, illuminated mirror, waterfall taps and a drencher shower.

The modern fitted kitchen includes an oven, hob for cooking, and separate fridge and freezer with a dishwasher and washing machine also provided. The apartments are decorated with high quality photos of Belfast, and guests receive a welcome pack of local produce on arrival.

The apartment consists of a kingsize bed and two single beds. A FIFTH GUEST CAN BE ACCOMMODATED THROUGH THE USE OF A FOLD UP BED FOR NO EXTRA COST.

“Perfect for families”

My family of five (my husband and I and our three elementary-aged children) stayed here in June 2016. Excellent location- we walked everywhere: Botanic Gardens, restaurants, shops, meeting point for our Giant's Causeway tour, etc. Supermarket is a block away if you need anything- though you won't because the apartment has everything you need. Super comfy beds- probably the best we had during our two week Ireland/UK vacation. I appreciated the clothes washer. My kids especially appreciated the playground across the street! I would definitely stay here again when in Belfast.
