Description

Pennine View is a delightful 18th century semi-detached 3 bedroom cottage, furnished to a high standard with every comfort for a well deserved holiday .The cottage enjoys truly spectacular, panoramic views of the Pennines. It is situated in Brampton, a delightful sixteenth century sandstone hamlet, nestling beneath the Pennine hills. There is a traditional pub serving excellent food ( 2 minutes walking distance). Appleby is only 2 miles away. This bustling, historic market town has shops, cafes, indoor swimming pool (with gym) and a unique station on the Settle to Carlisle railway line.
The cottage has a lovely enclosed garden with patio area (steps lead to the garden) this provides a perfect area for children to play, or to just relax in both summer and winter, with modern comforts and traditional charm.
Heating is by night storage heaters. Extra heating is provided by underfloor heating in the bathroom, a wood burner in the dinning room (starter pack for wood burner included), an electric stone effect fire in the living room and a built in convector heater(remote controlled) in the kitchen. There is a bar heater in the porch to enable coats and outdoor shoes to dry after long walks.

Stayed here for four nights. Absolutely delightful cottage absolutely and the views are amazing. The location is good and the owners are very helpful.

How do damage deposits work?
