Description

Le Pineau is a very spacious 2 bedroom gite detached gite, 1 room with king sized bed and the other with 3 single beds making it ideal for families or a group of friends . The ground floor has an open plan kitchen / dining area. The mezzanine lounge overlooks the kitchen and has comfortable soft seating - there is also a television/DVD player (where you can access BBC/ITV channels).
The kitchen has a full sized cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery/cutlery - we also provide an iron/ironing board & hairdryer. Located on the ground floor you will find the bathroom which has a shower and toilet.. There are 2 staircases, one at the back of the gite leading to the triple bedroom and the other at the front leading to the mezzanine lounge. The double bedroom is on the ground floor just of the dining area. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with shower, toilet and wash basin and the other is en suite to the triple room - this has a toilet and wash basin.
The double doors open up into the gated courtyard and your patio area with garden table/chairs and BBQ. The heated pool and sun patio are located in this courtyard area - the pool is fenced to provide a safe environment for children. .
We have 2 acres of walled grounds, which is ideal for any families as it provides a safe playing environment. Les Vieilles Ombres is situated in a very tranquil setting to provide a relaxing, peaceful holiday yet there is plenty to do in the area should you wish to.

Full sized babies cot /high chair available if required - please reserve when booking. Please note we do not provide beach/pool towels in your gite but we do have some available for hire if needed.

The gardens can offer some welcome shade in the height of the summer under the wide variety of trees that we have growing. They offer an ideal playinjg environment for children due to the wall surrounding the property gated courtyards and the nature of the garden layout.
Les Vieilles Ombres has 2 separate courtyards and entrances to the gites. The heated swimming pool is fenced for safety and has a large sun patio poolside - there is also a changing room with shower & toilet located close to the pool for added convenience. We also have a hangar area which offers some welcome relief in the heat of the sun and a good playing area for the children. The hangar has a table tennis table and football table available for all our guests to use.
