Fabulous, south-facing 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in very quiet surroundings just 2 minute walk to beach & short walk to Old Town & port. Stunning views of the beach, port, town and the Mediterranean with Gibraltar and Africa on the horizon. Sleeps 2 to 3.

Living room with dining area leading to south-facing L-shaped sun terrace, which also has a shaded area. Fully fitted open kitchen with modern appliances.

Large double bedroom with high quality comfortable kingsize bed.

Both bedrooms are fitted with spacious built-in wardrobes.

The apartment occupies a privileged position on the top floor of a secure, gated complex in a quiet area, yet only 100 metres from the beach and an easy 5 minute stroll to the fishing port/marina and Estepona's Old Town.

Amenities include, large saltwater swimming pool in well-maintained gardens, paddle pool, play area, gymnasium.

The rear exit of the complex leads to a pedestrianised avenue with a park and fountains. Some of the best tapas bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep.

ESTEPONA is a fishing village that has grown into a desirable cosmopolitan beach resort, yet it still maintains its Spanish character. Only a 50 minute drive from Málaga Airport and lying at the foothills of Sierra Bermeja mountain, it has a historic centre of narrow white streets, beautiful squares, fishing port, sports marina, beach promenade and miles of glorious sandy beaches. Local amenities include shops, supermarkets, hypermarket, museums, open air activities in the iconic bull ring, street markets, artisan markets, pedestrianised Old Town centre for shopping and sight-seeing, with a large selection of bars, local and international restaurants and beach bars (Chiringuitos). There are a variety of sports facilities and amenities: Sports centres, water sports, trekking, horse riding, boat fishing excursions and dolphin watching. Some of the best golf courses in Europe are within a 10 to 20 minute drive away.
