Fabulous, south-facing 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in very quiet surroundings just 2 minute walk to beach & short walk to Old Town & port. Stunning views of the beach, port, town and the Mediterranean with Gibraltar and Africa on the horizon. Sleeps 2 to 3.

Living room with dining area, south-facing L-shaped sun terrace which also has a shaded area. Fully fitted open kitchen with all appliances.

Large master bedroom with kingsize bed and top quality mattress.

Second bedroom with comfortable single bed.

Both bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes.

Full bathroom with bath/shower, shower screen, toilet & bidet.

Air conditioning (hot & cold), double glazing, secure private underground parking, lift & wheelchair access.

The apartment occupies a privileged position on the top floor of a secure, gated complex in a quiet area of town, only 100 metres from the beach and an easy 5 minute stroll to the fishing port/marina and Estepona's Old Town.

Amenities include, large saltwater swimming pool in beautiful gardens, paddle pool, play area, small gymnasium.

The rear exit of the complex leads to a pedestrianised avenue with a park and waterfall. Some of the best tapas bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep.

ESTEPONA is a fishing village that has grown into a desirable cosmopolitan beach resort, yet it still maintains its Spanish character.

Only a 50 minute drive from Málaga Airport and lying at the foothills of Sierra Bermeja mountain, it has a historic centre of narrow cobbled streets, beautiful squares, fishing port, sports marina, beach promenade and miles of glorious sandy beaches.

Local amenities include shops, supermarkets, hypermarket, museums, open air activities in the iconic bull ring, artisan markets, pedestrianised town centre for shopping and sight-seeing with a large selection of bars, local and international restaurants, beach promenade and Chiringuitos (beach bars). There are a variety of sports facilities and amenities: Water sports, trekking, horse riding, boat trips and fishing excursions or dolphin watching.

Some of the best golf courses in Europe are within a 10 to 20 minute drive.
