Cet appartement situé au premier étage est plein de charme, très lumineux, et a conservé le cachet de l'ancien (jolis parquets et cheminées) tout en bénéficiant d'une complète rénovation d'esthétique moderne, avec de beaux espaces à vivre.

Afin de permettre à chacun de pouvoir se reposer dans des conditions confortables, ce gîte vous réserve, pour chacune de ses deux chambres, une literie de grandes dimensions et première qualité (lits simples de 90X200, lits doubles de 180X200). Les draps sont inclus et sont en pur satin de coton, ou en coton percale, vous garantissant ainsi douceur et bien être. Si vous avez besoin de laver du linge durant votre séjour, vous pourrez le faire grâce à la machine lavante séchante installée dans le gîte.

L'appartement compte deux salles d'eau. La première est attenante à l'une des chambres, avec sa douche hydromassante. La seconde est une salle de bain avec une petite baignoire ancienne joliment rénovée. Des serviettes de bain et de toilette en pur coton de qualité, vous seront fournies.

Avec sa cuisine américaine et ses couleurs vives, le grand séjour vous offre la possibilité de prendre vos repas sur une grande table aux lignes modernes, ou de vous détendre dans le coin salon et profiter d'une grande télévision à écran plat.

La cuisine moderne est tout équipée et permet à ceux qui souhaitent profiter de leur séjour pour préparer de bons plats, de bénéficier de l'équipement moderne nécessaire (four, robots multifonctions, lave vaisselle, frigidaire, congélateur, machine à café, …)

Si vous souhaitez partager des moments de billard, vous pourrez soulever les trois plateaux de la table et ainsi découvrir un billard RENE PIERRE, qui vous permettra de vous adonner aux joies du billard américain, du pool anglais, mais aussi du billard français grâce à la possibilité d'en modifier les bandes.

Ainsi, cet appartement vous offrira tout le confort désiré pour pouvoir profiter de bons moments de partage et de détente en famille ou entre amis, faisant de votre séjour un souvenir inoubliable.

Il est possible de louer cet appartement à la semaine, ou bien pour quelques jours.
