The main charm of this apartment (4 ****) is the subtle combination that provides the seal between the former has been preserved and the modern style of the renovation of which he was the subject. If you need to wash the linen during your stay, you can do so through the drying washing machine installed in the house.

 

The apartment has two bathrooms. The first is adjacent to one of the bedrooms, with its hydro-massage shower. The second is a bathroom with an old bathtub beautifully renovated, and a power shower. Towels and bath in pure cotton quality, will be provided.

 

With its open kitchen, modern polished concrete floor and brightly colored walls or stone, the large living room offers you the opportunity to dine on a large table with modern lines, or relax in the lounge area and enjoy a large flat screen.

 

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and allows those who wish to enjoy their stay to prepare delicious dishes to enjoy the necessary modern equipment (oven, multifunction robots, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine ...)

This swim spa (4m X2,35) offers water at 38 degrees where you can lounge on one of the two seats of massage, but also a swim in calm waters or, more sportily, swimming against a current.

 

Thus, it is possible to rent this apartment for a week, or for a few days.
