Description

Take advantage of a peaceful stay in our charming bed and breakfast built in massive pine in the countryside near Sancerre. Our 5 rooms from 30 to 60 m2 are all equipped with private bathrooms with 2 bowls and with a shower and with separate toilets. The rooms of the ground floor have a private terrace with a garden furniture, the suites and the 1 st floor have a balcony with a view on the countryside and has garden furniture. All our rooms (chambers) are equipped with a flat-screen television set and with a WIFI internet connection.. Hot drinks, books and magazines are gracefully provided in the lounge. We offers you the access to the wellness center equipped with a spa, a sauna, a jet shower, a relaxing seat and with a herbal tea back. You can also have dinner in table d ' hôtes. These additional services are paying and on reservation 48 hours before your arrival. We shall advise you to visit the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire or the city of Sancerre and Bourges, discover the local castles and the natural or sports activities along the Loire.

You can rent from 1 to 5 rooms with breakfasts included in the price but not the whole house because we live in. The rate is for 1 double room for 2 persons with 2 breakfasts included. We can rent 3 double rooms. We also have two 60 m² suites at the 1 st floor with 2 beds for 4 persons. The rate is €132 for 2 persons, breakfasts included from 15/3 to 10/11 and €120 from 11/11 to 14/3. The extra price over 2 persons is € 20 a person.

Response from the owner Effectivement, vous auriez pu séjourner dans la suite Paradis Blanc... il aurait simplement suffit de le préciser lors de votre arrivée comme vous étiez sur place les premiers et que le couple anglais n'avait pas indiqué sa préférence. Notre confirmation de réservation par mail ne faisait pas état d'une chambre en particulier et c'est avec plaisir que nous aurions comblé votre souhait, encore fallait-il le manifester! Nos chambres d'hôtes sont installées sur un terrain de plus de 5000 m², à l'écart et à 70 m de la route et les maisons neuves que vous citez sont des résidences de particuliers avec un accès privatif , construites sur des terrains de près de 1500 m² et ne font pas partie d'un quelconque lotissement. La suite de 55 m² que vous avez occupée comporte 2 lits; à aucun moment vous n'avez précisé que vous alliez occuper les 2 lits mais vous supposez que nous devions deviner (par quel moyen? cela devient compliqué...) que vous aviez l'intention d'occuper les 2 lits! Le tarif indiqué dans la chambre précise bien le prix de "132 € pour 2 personnes 1 lit double" et le tarif lit supplémentaire applicable dans ce cas est de 20 €. Vous nous "collez" un peu rapidement ( comment pouvez vous nous juger en si peu de temps!) le terme "honnêteté très moyenne" au visage. Nous tenons toutefois à vous féliciter de votre honnêteté pour nous avoir répondu clairement lors de votre départ que vous aviez occupé les 2 lits et pourtant le supplément ne vous a amené aucun commentaire à ce moment-là! C'est très facile derrière un écran, de façon anonyme vis-à-vis des autres voyageurs de soulever des irritations alors qu'un minimum de dialogue sur place aurait évité toutes ces contrariétés. Nous retiendrons malgré cela que votre séjour s'est très bien passé selon vos commentaires... sur place.
