Description

This spacious five bedroom villa with private pool (heating available at a supplement) is located in the deluxe resort of Vale do Lobo. Championship golf courses, tennis and horse riding are all available nearby. The golden beach at Vale do Lobo and the Praca with its choice of beach front restaurants, cafes and bars are approximately 20 minutes walk or a short drive away.

The property, which is accessed through electric entrance gates onto a large private parking area is built over three levels and has the benefit of an alarm and air conditioning included throughout. Wireless internet access is also included.

The ground floor accommodation comprises of:

The spacious lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished and equipped with a large TV with SKY channels, DVD player and a home music system which is also connects to the rest of the house (excluding the lower ground floor) and the pool terrace area.

The dining area has a large table and six chairs. Three sets of patio doors open out to the pool area.

The spacious kitchen has a lovely bright dining area with plenty of natural light streaming in through full length windows. It is well equipped with an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas hob. There is also a large TV with cable channels.

On this floor there is a twin bedroom with a TV and use of the adjacent bathroom with overhead shower.

The first floor accommodation consists of:

Master suite with king size bed. There is a TV and patio doors opening out to a private terrace, overlooking the pool area. Walking through a lovely dressing area you come to a large en suite bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle.

Bedroom two has a king size bed, TV and patio doors opening out to a private balcony. There is an en suite bathroom with overhead shower.

The lower ground floor accommodation comprises of:

The extremely large garage which has been converted to a family games room with plenty of seating, a TV with cable channels, Pool table, table tennis, football table and gym equipment.

Next to the garage room is a small living room with seating and a kitchenette.

Off this living area are two more bedrooms.

Bedroom four is a double room with patio doors opening out to the side of the property.

Bedroom five is a twin room with patio doors opening out to the side of the property.

These bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom with overhead shower.

Outside area:

The kidney shape pool measures approximately 9m x 5m and is surrounded by paving where plenty of sun loungers are provided for your use. There is a pool side shower with hot and cold running water and a brick built barbeque.

The pool can be heated at a supplement if required, please ask when sending us your enquiry.
