Echo Residence is situated in Fontane Bianche, just 300 metres from the beach of white sand, blue sea, and its beautiful Bay. The property is newly built, completed in 2013, is completely built in bio-architecture (Rubner klimahaus Hause). Refined in detail, is built with natural materials and eco-compatible, only wood from forests managed according to sustainability criteria. Echo Residence consists of 4 independent apartments, ideal for couples. All materials used are 100% biodegradable and provide a CO2-neutral. The technological systems provide comfort and air quality standards, thanks to the continuous change of air and air conditioning in summer and winter. The air conditioning, and hot water production, is referred to a high efficiency heat pump which by its nature takes over 60% of the energy necessary for its operation from the environment. Inside of the cover has an integrated photovoltaic system of adequate size that allows the production of electricity to power the generator and the load of the electrical system. All this translates into a nominal annual energy needs proven by an energy label. The insulation of walls and doors and Windows ensure a high sound insulation and climate that will make your stay extremely pleasant. The apartments, each of about 40 square meters, have covered veranda with shade cloths, table and chairs, living room with kitchenette with electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. Each room has a large bed room, LCD TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, comfortable bathroom with walk-in power shower, hair dryer, bathroom toiletries and safes. Your complete confidentiality is guaranteed by independent access. Each apartment is furnished with modern design, compact lines, strict and minimal denoting such peculiarities as to make the original and attractive overall perception.

“Amazing place to stay”
Fantastic apartment, beautiful location and v friendly host. Couldn't recommend it more.. Also great it's all eco friendly and great facilities with lovely pool, gardens and coffee!
