The apartment includes 1 small bedroom, living-/leeping-room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and anteroom.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. An elevator is available.

Furnishings are: 2 TV (cable), radio, internet access (wireless), hair dryer, washing machine,

iron, adequate kitchen things, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, bed linen, towels and dish towels.

The apartment is situated near the Centre of Vienna surrounded by good infrastructure.

Supermarkets, shops, bank, restaurants, fast food.....are near the apartment (50m)

A tram stop with direct connection to the underground lines U1 and U6 is approximately

30 meters from the front door.

Public parking lots are available for free.

Response from the owner Dear Guest, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, there were only 3 stars, which presumably is owed to the great heat at the time of your visit. Worn out by the heat (38 degrees Celsius), apartments are currently rated 1 -2 star lower than usual. Since we are all suffering from this heat, it is clear to us that an objective assessment of the apartment considering the price performance ratio under these conditions is difficult.

The apartment is clean, well presented and has everything you need. The area is multicultural, close to shops and transport. Peter and his wife were very friendly and helpful.

How do damage deposits work?
