This 4 bedroomed property is located in quiet area of Vilamoura within 5 minutes drive of the resort centre, marina and several golf courses. Old Course is located 5 minutes walking from the villa. Well furnished throughout this beautiful townhouse provides deceptively spacious accommodation and features include air-conditioning in all rooms.

Outside, lawned gardens surround the pool and the sun terraces.

GROUND FLOOR:

- Lounge: Lcd Tv with satellite Tv, fireplace, adjacent is the dining room area with seating for 6 people and patio doors to the garden.

- Kitchen: Oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, expresso coffee machine and electric kettle

FIRST FLOOR:

- 3 en-suite double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning

SECOND FLOOR:

- 1 en-suite bedroom with 2x twin beds, LCD TV, DVD and air conditioning

OUTSIDE AREA:

Private heated pool (with extra cost) 8m x 6m with 1,50cm depth and access by ladder and roman steps, poolside shower, patio furniture, lawned gardens with sun beds, gas barbecue, private car parking

The pool can be heated with an extra cost of 160 euros per week.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
