Description

Io villas are located 500 meters from the famous beach of Stoupa and 3 km from the little fishing village of Agios Nikolaos. They are amongst olive trees, set 100 meters back from the main road, in a very quiet place literally next to the famous Stoupa yet away from the bustle and hustle.Io villa-2 is a small castle, built with local stones that fit perfectly into the natural surroundings. It consists of a 2-level maisonette which is simply and traditionally furnished. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove hood vent, kettle water boiler, toaster, washing machine, a living room, a storage closet for suitcases, and a spacious covered furnished terrace. In the living room there is a sofa that converts to a double bed. Amenities include bioclimatic facilities, air condition, Wi-Fi Internet, and TV. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, sharing a balcony with beautiful sea views. In each bedroom there is a ceiling fan. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.The villa is surrounded by a small garden, a swimming pool and private parking lot.The freshwater swimming pool (dimensions: 5m x 10m - depth 1,50m) offers sun lounges and a pergola for shade. Pool towels are not provided.The villa offers bed linen, pillows and towels, no breakfast or any food supply.All windows and doors are protected with a mesh.Well-stocked supermarket is in 300 meters distance.
