Salida del sol Beautiful: Luxury self catering 4 bedroom Villa with air conditioning in all rooms Punta Lara Nerja. This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous Private Pool and large terrace and is ideal family accommodation for up to 10 persons. This fantastic holiday Villa is within 200 metres from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

Salida Del Sol is a very spacious new, quality private fully air conditioned villa. Ideal for several couples or families and can accomodate up to 10 adults.

Situated in a pretty tranquil white washed Moorish village only 200m from the beach. It is only a 4 minute easy walk to Playazo beach which still retains much of its original character, bordered by farming land, a few boat yards and "Chiringitos". Paella is served on the beach at 2:00pm daily. The picturesque old town of Nerja is only 2 km away and 5 minutes by bus or car.

Easy access to villa (no steps) is via a security gate at ground floor level leading into a hallway, fully fitted kitchen including dish washer, a large lounge with dining area and fireplace. This has two large patio doors leading on to an open sunny spacious pool terrace. There is also a double bedroom at this level with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is 1 double and 1 twin bedroom each with en-suite shower/bathrooms and large balconies with panoramic views towards the mountains, sea and Nerja. Downstairs there is a large twin bedroom with own shower/bathroom which also includes 2 fold down put me up single beds.. This area has a games room with table tennis table and darts board (supply own darts). There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a second large fridge. Private garage. Grey marble tiling throughout.

The south facing terrace has amazing views with a large swimming pool (with under water lighting) which is very private and not overlooked. The lounge/dining room is very open and spacious with patio doors lead to the afore mentioned open terrace. This spacious terrace has a full range of quality patio furniture including 6 sun beds and a large stone BBQ. The panoramic views from the pool terrace and balconies are absolutely magnificent and truly unbeatable.

The famous Nerja Caves are close by, one of Spains finest tourist attractions. Just over 1 hours drive is the historic city of Granada with its beautiful and famous Alhambra Palace. Entrance tickets can be obtained on the internet. Seville and Cordoba are about 2 hours drive.

Frigiliana, an old white washed mountain village is only 5k away where you can enjoy the magnificent scenery or walk and have lunch in one of the many typical bars and cafes.

Nerja has activities for all times of the year. There are many beautiful beaches dotted around Nerjas coastline providing fun activities including most water sports.

Take away all the rubbish / garbage to the basura.

Leave the property in a tidy condition.

If you have moved any furniture beds ect please leave them how you found them on arrival.

If the property has a BBQ please clean it and leave it in the same condition as you found it
