Beautiful oceanfront country condo just steps onto the grass and beach. Condo has new kitchen and memory foam mattresses. 36 in tv with free Netflix and movie channels all new appliances and full stocked kitchen. Lay in a beach chair and sun or swim snorkle in pristine clean sparkling water or kayak on a beach protected by a reef. See the swaying palm trees and teal colored ocean waves while you cook in or relax in the condo. BBQ outdoors and picnic in grassy area or sip your favorite beverage under an umbrella. Great for kids and adults alike. A perfect getaway with plenty of shops and eateries close by. Imagine yourself and best friend or family lying in the sun on the grassy area on your own beach chair or relaxing under an umbrella sipping a beverage while bbqing and watching the sunsets.

House rules

No smoking on premises and keep the condo clean and free of food and other debris on floor and counters. No parties and no loud noise after 10 PM. Absolutely no towels or anything allowed to be hung on Lanai. Trash chute at end of hall near elevator. Take
Trash out daily. TV green button on remote activates. Be certain both the tv and the cable box lights come on when you push green button on remote. If not... turn off and then turn on again. Clean coffee pot filters daily.

How do damage deposits work?
