Description
House Ficula Vell is ideally located at only 20m from the sea with very easy access to the sea. House Ficula Vell has panoramic views to the sea, the coast and a protected country landscape. It is ideal for those appreciating tranquility, snorkeling, diving, fishing, biking or walking. It is very close to the Cami d'es Cavalls, the historical path surrounding the island by the coast. The house is only 5mn walk to the sandy beach of Arenal d'es Castell, 10mn car to the golf course of Son Parc, 5mn car to the natural port of Addaia where boats can be rented, 10mn car to the Faro de Favaritx, 10mn car to the port of Fornells, 10mn to the picturesque city of Alaior, 20mn to the town of Mahon and 30mn to the town of Ciutadella.
The house is ideal for up to 2 families willing to share holidays while keeping enough intimacy, and those appreciating tranquillity, snorkelling, diving, fishing or walking. Small supermarket, restaurants as well as the wonderful sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castell are only few minute walk from the house.
The house is made of 2 adjacent houses (Ficula Vell A and B) connected through the external terraces and an internal patio with access to the upper terrace. The 2 houses are offered as a single unit. House Ficula Vell A has 3 double bedrooms, each with panoramic sea views and 2 bathrooms. House Ficula Vell B has 2 double bedrooms with one full bathroom. The 2 kitchens are open to the dining-living rooms which give access to the terrace, private swimming pool and garden through large French door-windows.
For groups of up to 6 people, only Ficula Vell A will be made available and Ficula Vell B will remain closed, except otherwise agreed with the Owner and the payment of an additional price per week of 300 euros. For groups of more than 6 people, Ficula vell A and Ficula Vell B will be made available to the tenant.
