Description

This is a charming one bedroom upper unit in the coveted downtown location of El Matador.

This unit has a southwestern décor including pottery, rugs and western art.

The bedroom offers a queen bed, large closet and there is a full bath with a washer dryer in the unit.

The open concept living dining room is comfortable and the dining table seats four comfortably.

There is a private patio with table and chairs as well as grill.

The unit has central heat and air conditioning and of course, a gas fireplace.

The owner will consider a well-behaved cat. HOA does not permit dogs.

There is parking for one car in this gated community a few minutes north of the Santa Fe Plaza.
