This magnificently appointed two story, open-plan home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and spans over 3,300sq ft. It is located in gated Providence; a golf and country club community, surrounded by lush foliage and is less than 10 miles from the Disney attractions and 45 minutes from Orlando International airport.

This beautiful home has its own large private pool & spa encased on a fabulous deck/patio where you can enjoy relaxing, sunbathing and dining with stunning unhindered views. Featuring speakers for your music listening pleasure. A fabulous spot for dining under the stars . It also boasts luxuries such as a home theatre, Bluetooth, flat screen television in each bedroom, a spa-jet shower and a soaker tub in the Master Suite for relaxing after a long day at the parks.

For sporting enthusiasts, enjoy (for a fee), the internationally recognized Providence Golf Club which is a renown 18-hole championship course, designed by "golf course architect Mike Dasher." "Providence's professional staff has decades of experience and have received numerous awards and recognitions by the PGA and LPGA." The clubhouse has flood lit tennis and basketball courts as well as a well-equipped gym in the clubhouse* (Some amenities at the clubhouse may be limited due to COVID-19). Swimming pools with slides and a playground for the children's enjoyment.

There is also a full service restaurant with bar service and a communal club house pool, for those that would just prefer to relax.

It also has garbage disposal, dishwasher and refrigerator. In the cupboards you will find pots and pans, dinner and patio dining wares, water, wine glasses and champagne flutes.
