This Semi attached, Rustic Boutique Cottage,features a rustic wooden design with a real Island flavor. Wake up to a lovely sunrise, tropical sounds of birds and the gentle surf of the Ans Becune Beach,
From the cottage,access to Ans Becune Sandy Beach is only 200 Yds or 2min walk . Walk to Pigeon Point Beach in 10 min
The Cottage is furnished with Two Master bedrooms, including an End suit, which open to the its outside patio and Outdoor Spar, and stunning views of Caribbean Sea and 1 acre Villa Tropical Garden.
The boutique Cottage is a micro version of the larger villa, with living room, dining room and outside patio all indigenous furnish. Its a replica of My Grand mother's and my childhood home on the island.Cottage is (1300 sq ft) it includes:

How do damage deposits work?
