Description

This newly renovated and decorated apartment, located in the exclusive Mont Boron area, offers spectacular panoramic view of the city and sea.

We put great thought and care into the refurbishment of the apartment where we have tried to provide all the essentials and superior quality of everything for our guests to enjoy a holiday in Nice.

The apartment is very bright and has one bedroom with double bed and a living area with pull-out double bed. There is a fabulous bathroom with shower and toilet. The modern kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven and induction stove and washing machine. The accommodation includes a good size balcony with a dining table and four chairs. From the balcony you can look down over the cityscape of Nice, the Bay of Angels, Port and the Old Castle. The apartment is located on the second floor and easily accessed by three lifts.

The closest beach is approx. a 10 minute walk while a 10 minute stroll takes you down to the port and into the old town of Nice. Some excellent restaurants, hot nightspots and evening entertainment are all within easy walking distance. Also close by is a large supermarket or within a few minutes you will find a mini-market providing the basic essentials. If you want to go a bit further afield and don't have the use of a car, the bus stops right outside the apartment block. From there you can explore not just Nice, but the whole of the coastline from Nice to Monaco and Menton using the cheap local transport.

A good sized unheated communal pool with separate kiddies' pool, garden area and terrace are located within the grounds. The apartment has also a private parking space in the secured, underground car park.

Please note that the swimming pool is open every year from the 15th of April to the 30th of October.

The apartment is 32m2 plus a 10m2 balcony.

One set of bedlinen and towels for 1 double bed (2 people) are included in the price. Supplementary bedlinen and towels for the sofa bed will be provided for €30.

“Nice”

Just returned from 11 nights at the apartment with wife and 3 year old son. Everything was first class from the meet and greet to the cleanliness of the apartment. Apartment is small one bedroom but has a pull out sofa bed in the living room that was very comfortable and the apartment was big enough for us. Shower was excellent and kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Added bonus of a bottle of wine in our fridge on arrival. Swimming pool was located on the ground floor and was very quiet. Most days we had the pool to ourselves and was great for cooling off with the weather in the late 20’s most days. The apartment is very secure with security doors and each floor is served by a lift. The location of the apartment was great, 10 minute walk to the port area and approximately 25 minutes to the old town. However there is a bus stop directly outside and we used this a few times for coming back from town. There is a Carrefour supermarket around 10 minutes away and plenty bars in the area. All in all we had a great holiday and would definitely book here again in the future.

“Excellent stay in Nice”

Great location in Nice, the apartment was excellent, very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony was amazing just as shown in the photo’s and the pool area was lovely. It was very easy to walk to the port area and the old town and Nice shopping area. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment which take you to Villefranche and Monaco or the other way back into Nice. Also the train station is easy to get to if you want to travel further. We had visited Nice last year for the day while on a cruise and was very impressed and said we would return, so we spent a week here at the end of May and absolutely loved it, there is so much to see and do, lots of great places to eat, The promenade area is beautiful. We had a fantastic week and will definitely return!

Nice comfortable apartment with lovely view..but very long walk into the town and nearest supermarket at least 20 mins walk away uphill ...so cab fares need to be taken into consideration. .

Response from the owner Thank you for your review. The bus stop is right in the front of the building. It takes two stops to Carrefour and two stops to the port/old city. The walk may take a bit longer up-hill but the view is amazing. I am sorry you miss that.
