Immaculately maintained and professionally managed 5 star luxury villa close to the sea. Fully air-conditioned plus heated pool. High speed broadband with Wi-Fi. Hotel style bathroom service.

We would advise is now a legal requirement for any genuine owner offering their property for short term holiday rentals to hold an accommodation licence issued by the Portuguese Tourism Authority and you should, for your own peace of mind, always ensure any property you rent is properly licenced. Our own licence number is 26106/AL

We have also been awarded the "Clean & Safe" certificate by the Tourismo

de Portugal which confirms we comply with their stringent health measures.

This large (5000 sq ft) fully air conditioned luxury villa, located near the sea in the Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago, is one of its finest properties to become available for holiday rental in years. It is situated in a large landscaped garden accessed through electric entrance gates. The ground floor includes a library equipped with cable TV and home cinema, an elegant dining room and a large, beautifully furnished, lounge with access to an outside lounge and dining terrace and heated swimming pool (12 x 6 mts) plus gas barbecue. The superb kitchen, with an island unit and breakfast area, is equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a laundry room in the basement with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All of the four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, have cable TV plus their own en-suite bathroom with both bath and separate shower.The master bedroom boasts a double four-poster bed. A spiral staircase from the first floor terrace leads to a roof terrace, which has 360-degree views of the sea and mountains.

How do damage deposits work?
