The house is tastefully-furnished, is modern, and is 200 m². It has views of the swimming pool.

The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in the center of the city.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, fenced garden, 80 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air conditioning (hot/cold), air-conditioned, private swimming pool, garage in the same building, TV, satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Swedish, Norwegian), stereo.

In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.

Sa Tau es uno de nuestros sueños hechos realidad, es una preciosa casa moderna para 7 persona, con piscina y recién construida. Esta situada en un pueblo en el norte de la isla, llamado Sa Pobla, un pueblo tranquilo de estilo rústico.

Esta a unos escasos kilómetros del Puerto de Alcúdia donde se encuentran unas de las mejores playas de arena de la Isla. Por sus arenas blancas y aguas cristalinas.

La casa de construcción moderna, es muy espaciosa y luminosa gracias a sus grandes ventanales, que la unen a la zona mas especial de la casa, la zona exterior. Abriendo sus grandes ventanales se unen el interior y exterior, dando un espacio increíble para pasar los días y las noches cálidas de Mallorca, junto a la piscina y la hermosa terraza con suelo laminado de madera.

En el interior tenemos un espacio abierto donde se une la cocina con barra americana, y el salon comedor. Quedando un lugar espacioso y de cómodo acceso.

Siguiendo la planta baja, nos encontramos un distribuidor donde nos da acceso a un baño completo y una habitación para una persona. Siempre siguiendo el estilo moderno.

Subiendo la escalera llegamos a un pasillo que distribuye a tres habitaciones, una en suite y un baño compartido para las dos restantes. La habitación principal tiene un peculiar vestidor con estanterias y armario que separa el dormitorio del baño. Una de las otras habitaciones, tiene una cama doble y la otra dos camas individuales. Todas con sus grandes ventanales verticales, que hacen un lugar muy luminoso.

La casa esta situada en una zona tranquila en el norte del pueblo, de fácil accesibilidad para entrar y salir. No muy lejos del centro del pueblo, donde encontramos lugares de interés para compras, restaurantes y para los meses de verano, conciertos de jazz para los amantes de la música.

Recomendamos el alquiler de coche, para tener la libertad de moverse por la Isla a su comodidad y gusto. La casa cuenta con un garaje interior o también si se prefiere, la zona exterior no tiene dificultad para el estacionamiento.

*PAGO TASA TURISTICA BALEARES “ECOTASA” (esta Tasa NO ESTA INCLUIDA en el precio del alquiler del alojamiento) Queremos informar y recordar a los huéspedes que decidan alquilar alojamientos turísticos en las Islas Baleares, que a la llegada se cobrará el impuesto turístico (Ecotasa) demandado por el Gobierno Balear, a todos los turistas residentes y extranjeros que se hospedan en viviendas turísticas (de la misma manera que en los hoteles). Tal recaudación es destinada a preservación y cuidado de las islas y mejorar en todo lo referente al turismo.

La cuota de dicho impuesto en “temporada alta” es de 2,00€ por noche, por adulto (Los jóvenes a partir de los 16 años, son contados como adultos, por tanto pagan ecotasa.)

En “temporada baja” la ecotasa tiene una reducción importante : son 0,55€ x noche x adulto.

En caso de estadías superiores a 9 noches, a partir de esa novena noche, se aplicará un descuento del 50 % en los siguientes días de estancia.
