Fully furnished nicely appointed Blue Beach Bungalow on highly coveted beach community, Nettles Island. Vacation living with w large pools (one beachside and one by clubhouse). Amenities include ping pong, foosball, miniature golf, bocce ball, shuffleboard, pickle ball, jacuzzis, bbq area, fish cleaning stations, etc. Beach 5 min walk or 2 minute Golf Cart ride. Golf Cart is included in rental for your island transportation to clubhouse, gym, restaurant, Shuckers, grocery store, pool, beach, etc. The bungalow is your home away from home with all your needs including VERY COMFY KING tempur pedic bed in master, queen in 2nd bedroom, queen sofa bed in living room, and full futon in family room. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, and fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Please no smoking inside the house. Dogs may be allowed upon request at an additional fee. Save by booking monthly.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jorge (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
