This home away from home is comfortably situated between the Gulf beaches and the Bay. It is a second floor unit with one outdoor staircase leading to the suite. The condo has 2 spacious bedrooms. The master has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom has a king bed which can be converted into 2 twins depending on your family needs. The second bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom and has a tub and shower combination. The condo has been remodeled and refurnished in the last 5 years and is very functional. The fully equiped kitchen has a Fridge (filtered water & ice), cook top, oven, microwave, kitchen disposal and dishwasher.The unit has a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. We supply all bedding for Kings and Twins, bath and beach towels, dish cloths and dish towels. For your short walk to the beach we supply Beach chairs, Beach mats, a Beach Umbrella with anchor and styrofoam cooler. There is a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room and a 40" flat screen in the second bedroom. Wifi and cable are provided. There is parking for 2 vehicles. Parking permits are provided. The Free Trolley stops right at the entrance of Runaway Bay and regularly runs the length of the island.

Runaway Bay is a popular condo complex with crosswalk access to the Gulf of Mexico beach. The property extends back to the Bay with a pier for fishing and dolphin, bird and wildlife watching. The complex offers a large heated pool, tennis court, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, clubhouse with a fitness center, spa and sauna.
