Riverfront on the famous Yellowstone River! Follow the river to Yellowstone National Park just over half an hour away!
Start your own fishing or floating adventure right from your back door.
Great location halfway between the western town of Livingston and amazing Yellowstone National Park.
The home has two bedrooms plus a loft sleeping area and two full baths.
The home has satellite Internet and a hot tub.
This home is available year around and is an excellent winter destination.
This wonderful home enjoys a great location up on the hill overlooking the Yellowstone River. A fairly steep slope takes you down to the riverfront backyard where there is room for kids to play or to have a picnic by the river. A hot tub on the back patio completes the picture!
The master bedroom is on the main level, with a king size bed, TV, and a private adjoining bath with a shower. This main level bathroom can be accessed from the living area and contains the washer and dryer for the home. Upstairs there is a second bedroom with a queen bed, a TV, and an adjoining full bath with a tub and shower. Along with the upstairs bedroom, there is a small loft area with two twin beds, a TV, and DVD player. The home can accommodate up to six guests.
There is also a walk-in basement that has a TV and a sofa bed that is accessed from the outside of the home.
The complete kitchen, with dishwasher, range, microwave and all the cookware, will have everything you need. The dining room table will seat six or head on out to the deck and enjoy your meal while enjoying the river view. There is a gas barbecue on the deck for outdoor cooking.
A beautiful rock fireplace is the focal point of the living room, with cozy yet classy furniture arrangement for your evening relaxation and a flat screen TV above the fireplace. The living and dining areas feature huge windows to take advantage of the river views. The home has a wrap around deck that extends the living area outdoors and features a picnic table.
Chicory on the Yellowstone is on about two acres. This home is located in a small neighborhood. The Yellowstone River flows just below the home.
The Bozeman airport is about an hour drive from the home.
Fishing on the Yellowstone River is literally out the back door. Rent a driftboat, canoe, or raft and plan your own adventures on the Yellowstone. Other nearby activities include hiking, biking, horseback riding, and Yellowstone Park is just 45 minutes away. Chico Hot Springs has world class dining and great soaking just a few minutes down the road. The town of Livingston is 20 minutes away with a great selection of restaurants, galleries and shopping and Bozeman is just over the hill. Winter visitors can enjoy cross country skiing in the beautiful Absaroka Mountains and Yellowstone Park. There is so much to do!
