Newly refurbished apartment which boasts high ceilings and comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Centrally located on a quiet street of a lovely viennese period building district, it's only 4 minutes walking distance to the closest subway station & tram stop.

60 msq. first floor apartment featuring:

> A large Living with dining table for 4 people, Flat TV console providing up to 80 international channels, DVD player and Free WI-FI. A comfortable sofa bed is available for extra sleeping arrangements.

> Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, electric hub, microwave, toaster, and Kettle. All pots & pans as well as cutlery, dishes and other cooking facilities are also provided.

> Large bedroom fitting a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and safe box.

> Bathroom equipped with cabin shower, washing machine/dryer combo, iron and ironing board are stored in a separate corner.

A valid ID/PASSPORT copy is required as a part of our check-in procedure

PARTIES or PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Rental is calculated accordingly to the number of occupants and no extra guests are allowed at all times.

We have a strict NO SMOKING POLICY throughout the flat.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT times are usually flexible but the indicative times here provided need to be observed if other reservations are attended on the same day of your arrival/departure.

The total number of occupants at the apartment, including infants, must be reflected in the reservation details and not to exceed 4 at all times. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect, otherwise. Check in time is at 15.00. Different times can be agreed until 22.00 when confirmed at least the day before your arrival.

It was a lovely apartment that we enjoyed staying in. It was well located and easy to get out and about to see Vienna from there and we were very impressed by the public transport system operating throughout Vienna. We had an enjoyable stay in Vienna and managed to see everything we had planned plus a few more places that we noticed while there including the Danube Tower - fantastic views from the restaurant!
