During your stay we kindly ask you to follow the property management's recommendations, for the safety and security of all guests and team members. Recommendations include:

• Maintain Social Distancing / limit interaction with anyone outside your party

• Wear face coverings while walking on the property and visiting local businesses.

• Maintain Social Distancing while using the pools / a limit of 5 people at the jacuzzi will be strictly enforced.

• Beach shade structures will be separated by a minimum of 15 feet / limited chairs per structure.

• BBQ grills rentals will be limited to maintain social distancing

Cleaning Products and Protocols: We care about your safety and are taking necessary steps to make sure we can procure and use virus-killing products approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as well as the protective equipment our housekeeping team needs for their operations. Our team uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.

It is a great spot to unwind, to take your morning coffee, get some work done or for afternoon drinks. The view is not only relaxing but it's also convenient since you can keep an eye on your loved ones while they enjoy the pool.

It is the perfect atmosphere to relax, to work and re-charge. This condo is adorned with good taste and modern fixtures, its nice and cozy and with an open concept that also makes it bright and airy.

Another advantage of the location of this condo is that you are seconds away from the pool, only a quick 3 min walk to the beach and have walking trails and gardens to enjoy around you. Your walk will be exclusive and private since you are walking inside the property surrounded by beauty. The property offers amenities for the entire family. It is fun galore! Enjoy two large pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, playground, gym, a remarkable beach deck and more. The beach deck is a marvelous spot, you are not quite on the beach but as if you were without getting sandy. It's a perfect place to relax to work, tan, read, or simply enjoy. Walk two seconds further and you are touching the white sandy beach.

This condo is equipped in full; kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook, toiletries, beach towels, linens and bathroom towels so yes to packing light. It is also equipped with a breakfast bar, a great dinning space, and each bedroom has its own TV.

Solare-Bahia Mar has 24/7 security. So not only will you and your loved ones be safe, you will also love the privacy it offers.

• Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.

• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet please be sure to let us know. You are allowed to bring up to 2 small family dogs

or cats.

• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
