Acorn is a beautifully decorated two story cabin located on a quiet street in Laurel Valley. The beautiful spacious Master bedroom includes a large jacuzzi bathtub. The large well equipped kitchen opens up to the dining room and family room, so everyone can be involved. Enjoy a fire in one of two gas fireplaces, perfect for cold nights. Fire up the gas grill on the screened porch or just take a nap in the porch swing. The downstairs family room leads to a second porch holding a beautiful (new-2020) hot tub and has two more bedrooms both with queen beds and full bathrooms. This is a great house for families or a couples getaway. This inviting home is loaded with games, movies and DVD/VHS player or capability to watch endless TV through Roku Xfinity extreme. This location is close enough to go a to a college football game and return for the rest of the weekend. Play a round of golf or drop by the club house and go swimming. Grab an inner tube and float down the Little River or make time for some world class fly fishing. Take advantage of the protected bike path for a ride or a stroll. Close to Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, or Cade Cove. This property provides FREE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND FITNESS CENTER IN LAUREL VALLEY.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
