This spacious two bedroom, two bath villa is located in the prestigious, world-class Shipyard Community! Imagine staying in this beautiful one-level end unit and enjoying your private terrace with a view of the golf course. This golf course-oriented villa is just a short walk to some of the best beaches on Hilton Head Island and is situated in the Evian neighborhood of Shipyard with its on-site tennis courts, a beautiful pool, a gazebo, and a picnic area overlooking the lagoon. 

The well-equipped villa is appointed with all of your needs in mind, including cable TV's in the living area and both bedrooms and a great selection of board games for winding down after a day on the island. The spacious main level living area is open and inviting providing ample space to relax or entertain family and friends! The chef's kitchen is ready for all of your cooking and entertaining needs. There is also a cozy table outside for morning coffee or cocktails in the afternoon. The spacious Master suite with its private bath and patio access is complete with a king-sized luxury mattress and ample storage. The cozy second bedroom has 2 plush twin mattresses and cable TV. A second full bath with tub/shower is just outside the bedroom door! A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living area to complete our sleep-6 villa. Cozy linens, towels, and starter amenities are included with your stay. The full-sized washer and dryer are neatly tucked into a closet in the hallway!

Beach access at the Shipyard Beach is a 10 minute walk from the villa. One beach parking pass is included, and parking is available on first come first park basis. Shipyard offers a 27-hole golf course, miles of bike paths, the Van der Meer Tennis Resort, and the Sonesta Resort.

Overlooking the Shipyard Golf Course and steps away from the beach and the bicycle path, this is the perfect family vacation, golf group outing or weekend getaway.

We do allow pets and a $300 non-refundable pet fee will be added to your stay. 

The pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset from April 1st through October 31st. The pool deck is open year round. 

Please note, all cancellations are subject to a minimum $60 administrative cancellation fee.

No Smoking. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
