Description

Stonewall House is located on 2 1/2 acres, in a quiet subdivision with a private road. The home is in the Salisbury Cove section of Bar Harbor, 1 mile from Hadley Point Beach, which has spectacular sunsets. This charming New England style home, has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a den with a full size futon. The large dining room seats up to 10 people. The country style eat in kitchen, has modern appliances, and is well stocked with almost everything you need to make a gourmet meal. The bedrooms have queen size plush mattresses with quality bedding. The large living room has a leather couch and love seat, and a field stone gas fireplace. There is ample parking, for four vehicles in the driveway. There is a wood burning fireplace on the patio and a Weber three burner gas grill. The screened in porch is a nice quiet area to read or bird watch The laundry room has full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The home has six air conditioners for the comfort of our summer guests. The home has a four zone hot water baseboard heat system, for our Spring and Fall guests.

No Smoking in the home or in the screened in porch.
Please use the pooper scooper for your pets and the small green bags provided, to be thrown away in garbage bin by street.
No fire works of any kind allowed to be used on or around the property, due to the risk of fire in this heavy wooded neighborhood.
All outdoor fires must be in the outdoor fire place.
Dogs are required to be on a 6 foot leash within Bar Harbor and Acadia, which are otherwise, very dog friendly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Karen/Gregory (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
