Description

The 2bedroom apartment is situated near the Stone Bridge and next to the Romano.It Theatre's ten minute walk to the Arena.It's a beautiful apartment in the centre of Verona. The apartment is for 4 people. The apartment has a double room with a stunning view of the Adige River and one twin beds room. There is a self-catering kitchen next to a sitting and dinning room. Downstairs there is another welcoming living room. There are two spacious bathrooms with tub and one cloakroom and a washing machine equipped laundery. This is a 2nd floor apartment with access by elevator. The apartment is arranged on different levels. Covered parking for cars is available within a private courtyard. No smooking. No pets. During the Summer in the evening there are some performances in the Roman Theatre. Cars are not allowed to pass.

Private parking for a car € 20 per day. Wi-fi and air conditioning gratis. Check-in: 14:00-20:00 check-out 08 Extras:-11:00 hours: € 30 Please ask availability for extra hours.

“Excellent apartment to explore Verona”

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, it is much better than it appears in the pictures. The location is outstanding, as it offers a view of the Roman Theater, river Adige, and the Roman bridge. All of the major sights are withing walking distance. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all well separated by two large living rooms. There are panoramic windows in the living rooms and a large balcony. The windows open to the Roman Theater, and we enjoyed the Verona Jazz Festival concerts from the living room every night. The living rooms have lots of space including a full dining set. Some of the furniture pieces are antique and give the rooms a unique feel. However, the kitchen is rather small and the gas stove is not very convenient. There are several stairs in the apartment, but this was not an issue for us. The apartment manager Licia was very professional and took care of every concern we had. She was very easy to deal with. A big plus for us was secure parking in the yard. We highly recommend this apartment !
