Description

Bird of Paradise Villa is a holiday home; built especially for families, traveling to the Krabi area. This home is centrally located between attractions like Aonang beach and Krabi town. Enjoy staying in a house while having service like a hotel.

The Space

This house has high ceilings, it is open and spacious. It is brand new, clean, with white tile and floors. The kitchen is open, has granite counters and plenty of cooking room. I offer in-house dining if you don't want to go to town. This kitchen includes all basic cooking utensils, with a large refrigerator. In the dining room you have one wood table that can comfortably fit six people. Windows view into your large private garden. The garden backs up to farm land. There is a sunset view of the mountains. You have a 800sm private garden full of various tropical flowers, and plants. This attracts many tropical birds from the surrounding area. Lounge chairs for tanning and a gazebo for hiding from the sun are provided. Everybody can eat outside as you have a table with six chairs. If you want to leave the yard you can go on a nice walk to a small lake. You can go on a run on a quiet road without many cars.

Interaction with Guests

First of all we like to help arrange taxi pickup from the airport so there are no arrival problems. Then, we like to greet our guest and help them get settled. We can help with tour bookings and transportation. We offer some extra services like in-house-dining and tours. All of the cleaning is taken care of and fresh linens are always available. Its important to us that you enjoy your stay. We will do whatever we can to make sure that happens!

Other Things to Note

We are happy to cook family meals but we need time to shop and prepare the food. Please give us at least a six hour notice.

The standard check in is 2pm and check out at 10am. Please let me know ahead of time if you need a different time so I can accommodate. We won't be able to check guests in between 12 and 7am as we need to sleep. :)

All month long reservations will be responsible to pay electric by meter.

House Rules

No loud noise after 12 am.

Turn lights and air-con off before leaving.

No smoke in the house.

Any damage to the house must be payed at check-out.

The Neighborhood

The house is located just outside Aonang. Saithai is centered between Krabi, Anamo and Aonang. This is a small, quiet, international community just next to a Thai village, surrounded by farm land. Makes for a great place to ride a bicycle. Just five minutes from the bakery for breakfast. 10-15 minute motor bike ride to the beach. Property is backed up to a rubber plantation on the side you have a view of the Limestone mountains. A place where you will be comfortable and safe.

Getting Around

Motorbikes can be rented from Aonang. A car can be rented from the airport or Aonang center. You have access to friendly, reliable taxi service. Taxi contact information is provided in the house. Directions to the house is written in Thai, so you may give the card to any taxi in town.

If Tukta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
