Welcome to Casa Picasso, a Luxury Spanish Style Beach Home w High 12 Foot Ceilings that Keep the House Cool and a Warm Feel to it. It has a Open Floor Concept with a large full kitchen & Peninsula w granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The side by side fridge has an ice maker and water dispenser. Top of the line stainless steel Maytag microwave, oven and dishwasher. Terra Cotta tile floor on the first floor and wood floors on the second floor. As You walk in through the side entrance, the home opens up with its 12 foot ceilings. You can see the pool in the backyard right away. The Dining area sits 6 people. There are barstools to sit at the bar in the kitchen for larger groups. At the time of this listing the sofa seats 7 to 8 people in front of the 65 inch LED HDTV. Watch Netfilx, Hulu, and all kinds of free movies and entertainment on the Roku. There is 100 MB/S high speed internet to stream on all the TVs , Cell Phones & Tablets. Listen to your favorite music station with the whole house entertainment system that goes to every room in the house & the pool. The 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor with front and back balconies. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Luxury Bed with luxury linens private balcony and sleeps two adults, 42 inch HD Led TV and Luxurious private full bath with river rock tile floor, jacuzzi bathtub and stone sink with plenty of room for all of your toiletries. The second bedroom sleeps 3 with a double bed on bottom and a single twin top bunk with walk in closet and HD LED Tv. The 3rd bedroom is the largest bedroom in the house with a Queen bed a double bunk bed for sleeping for 5. It has a dresser and walk in closet and private balcony with a street view.

The second and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower and tub w his and her sinks. Pets are not allowed on the second floor. The back yard is where the fun is. The backyard swimming pool fits 4 to 6 people comfortably. Please use at your own risk and do not leave children unattended. Please shower off all sand to keep sand out of the house and especially out of the beds on the second floor. The Shower is located on the side of the house in the back yard. There is a hose in the front of the house to rinse off coming back from the beach. min age 25 to rent unless bringing children. Absolutely No Parties or You will be locked out & evicted with no refund. Max 40 lbs per pet. No agressive breeds of dogs. Search for a list of breeds insurance companies don't insure.
